Bookings came in through a form and were answered by hand, package prices lived in a document that had to be re-sent every time they moved, and finished galleries went out as file-share links that expired at the worst possible moment. The photography was the easy part; everything either side of the shoot ate the week.

A brand and a site built around the work, with packages priced on the page so the first email is a booking rather than a quote request. Behind the login, a manager that holds the shoot list and delivers each client their own gallery — proofs, selections and downloads in one place, kept as long as it needs to be.
